Nothing here is legal advice

Fees
We handle injury matters on a contingency fee basis, which means you do not pay attorney fees unless we recover compensation for you. Case costs may apply and are explained in the written fee agreement. The fee agreement, not this website, controls the actual terms of any representation.

Please give us accurate information. Do not send confidential documents or detailed case facts through this website, especially if another lawyer already represents you, because information sent before we have agreed to represent you may not be protected the way it would be if you were our client.
